(1) I understand that all of the poetry on this site expresses the autor's private feelings, and in some cases does not, and i will not make assumptions on the author's sanity or lack thereof by the poetry written by the aforementioned author, and I will not attempt to use any of the content on this site as evidence against him, in any court of law, or argument whatsoever. (2) I will not attempt to steal the author's work, including, but not limited to, poems, art, and html coding, and label it with my own name, understanding that this is an illegal act, and that legal action may be taken against me in the case that i decide to violate this, or any of the other terms on this page. (3) I will not redistribute any of the materials on this site without permission from the author of the material to be redistributed, no matter how entertaining I find any of the contained poetry, art, or pictures. (4) If I find the picture of the author of this site to be scary, or offending in any way, I will immediately leave that portion of the site, and abstain from returning to the aforementioned portion. (5) I will not take any of the material on this site in a personal manner that I may find to be offending, or instill any negative feelings of any kind in me. (6) I understand that some of the language in this site may be offensive, and poetry containing language such as this, or themes which may not be suitable for younger children, will be marked with an asterisk(*) on either side, and if I believe I may find this language to be offensive, I will abstain from entering any areas of the site marked for my personal safety.
